Brief description: Medium difficulty excursion along the coastline following and also returning on the "Camino de Ronda", with some ascents and descents
Surroundings: We walk along a narrow path always close to the sea, among rocks, small coves, through pine forests and typical Mediterranean bushes. The best way to get to know the essence of the Costa Brava and a gift for the senses!
Remarkable: Punta Falconera, with its five weapons bunkers, was a military installation between 1944 and 1993, so speculation in construction was avoided and it is now part of the "Cap de Creus" natural park. The road passes by the restaurant El Bulli, voted the best restaurant in the world five times between 2002 and 2009. For about three years the owner Ferran Adriá has been transforming the restaurant into a culinary research centre.
Don`t forget: swimsuit, flip flops, sun protection, sufficient drinks (water, isotonic drinks), energy food, comfortable clothing, spare clothing (when sweating or freezing), rainwear if needed and BEING IN A GOOD MOOD ;-)
